Preloved, second-hand pieces are likely to contain minor signs of wear, one thing about us is that we take pride of sourcing our items to meet the quality standard.
And to help accurately represent the condition of each item or package we apply the following scale in the item description:
BRAND NEW Items are unworn
EXCELLENT Items are as new or in very lightly worn condition with little to no imperfections
GOOD Items with minor signs of wear such a light markings or pulls but nothing noticeable when wearing
FAIR Items showing moderate to heavy signs of wear or with notable flaws (often priced lower to reflect the condition)

Shipping Within Australia

We offer $15 FLAT RATE STANDARD SHIPPING within Australia.
And FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $300.
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send confirmation along with the tracking number.
We do not take responsibility for any lost items by shipping provider.

Parcel Pickup& Delivery Sunshine Coast Area

We offer FREE LOCAL PARCEL PICKUP from Sunshine Coast.
Once your order is ready for collection, we’ll send confirmation along with collection point address.
Please collect parcel within 7 days after you receive the confirmation email.

$15 FLAT RATE for local delivery (Noosa-Kawana area).
Parcels will be delivered in 1-2 days from when your order is confirmed.
You will be notified when your parcel on delivery day.
